Sporcamuss: a traditional Apulian dessert that takes only a few minutes to prepare!

They are delicious and super quick to make, perfect for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
for the cream filling :
150 ml whipped cream
100g of pastry cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the puff pastry into equal sized squares.
  2. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the whipped cream and mix in the custard.
  4. Let the puff pastry squares cool, then add the cream filling.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
