Soft buns: soft and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
300 mL (1 1/5 cups) milk
2 eggs
100 g (½ cup) sugar
20 g (2 tablespoons) fresh yeast
100 ml (2/5 cup) vegetable oil
750 g (6 cups) flour
Salt
50 g (1/5 cup) melted butter
sesame seeds
Powdered sugar

METHOD
Pour milk, oil, egg, egg white, yeast and sugar into mixing bowl. Mix well. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead the dough. Oil the dough and let it rest for 3 hours.
Roll out the dough and coat it with melted butter. Roll out the dough into a ball and cut it with a pastry cutter.
Place the buns in an ovenproof dish and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
