Recipe for beet ferment Ingredients:
1 kg of beets, 1.5 liters of warm boiled water, 1 tablespoon of salt, half a bulb of garlic, 25 black peppercorns, 8 allspice grains, 6 bay leaves. Instructions:

Cut the beetroot into slices, then place it in a jar and add the remaining spices. Cover everything with warm water up to the brim, close tightly and let it sit for 10-14 days in a dark, cool place. After this time, strain the drink and pour it into smaller glasses or bottles – the drink is ready to drink. Store the ferment in the refrigerator.
