100g cottage cheese
2 eggs
250 g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
16 g of baking powder
hazelnut cream
sugar
Preparation
Beat cottage cheese and eggs with a mixer. Add flour, baking powder and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into portions. Put the hazelnut cream in the middle and shape the doughnuts.
Fry well. Dip in sugar.
