These creamy squares are a combination of a pudding and biscuit. A delicious tea-time treat or dessert

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 150 gr sugar
• 70 gr corn starch
• 10 gr vanillin
• 700 ml milk
• 150 gr cream cheese
• 18 cookies digestive, like Marie or any other kind you like

Directions:

1. Cream: mix eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to the heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
2. Assemble the cake in a mold and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
3. Then divide into squares and serve.
