The ingredients

We need these ingredients:

an apple
100 g of blueberries
130 g of rolled oats
60 g of melted butter
240 ml of hot water
120 g of natural yoghurt
two eggs
a spoonful of baking powder
a measure of vanilla essence
three spoons of sugar

The preparation

The first thing to do is pour 130 grams of oatmeal into a cozy bowl, after which 240 ml is poured into it. of hot water and make sure that the oat flakes soak well for about ten minutes.

Now we take the apple, peel it and dice it on a cutting board.

When the aforementioned ten minutes have passed, we retrieve the bowl and add the 2 eggs, the natural yoghurt and the sugar (3 tablespoons), then mix with a spatula. When we have a uniform mix, add the vanilla essence (one measuring cup) and the melted butter (60 grams), then start mixing again with the spatula. To follow this set of ingredients, we also add the baking powder.

The move that awaits us now is simply to add the diced apple and blueberries to the dough.

When the dough acquires a nice uniform consistency, we pour it into a loaf pan that we will have greased with butter.

We settle and level and put in the oven for three quarters of an hour, fifty minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.

When the cake is ready, all we have to do is serve it. You will see, it will be really very soft and very delicate.
