Meatballs with Mushrooms

A delicious and hearty meatball and mushroom dish made with ground meatballs mixed with fresh cooked mushrooms. They are often served with rice or pasta for a complete and nutritious meal.

Ingredients
500 grams of minced meat
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small green onion, chopped
1 case of chopped parsley
2 cases of fresh cream
2 cases of breadcrumbs
2 cases grated cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
1/2 cube of chicken, crumbled
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cac worcestershire sauce
1 egg white
2 cases of water
Preparation
Mix well and shape into sticks, set aside.
In a frying pan, heat 1 case of oil with 2 cases of butter and fry the meatballs for a few minutes.
Brown them and add the mushrooms.
Mix well then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 case of cornstarch, 1 case of liquid cream, pepper, a pinch of salt.
Pour on the meat, sprinkle with parsley and let cook a few minutes to thicken the sauce and serve.
