Yogurt cake recipe family and easy to prepare

A gourmet yoghurt cake for the whole family! ideal for snacks or picnics, easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 pot of yogurt (preferably plain)
  • 2 jars of sugar
  • 3 jars of flour
  • 1/2 jar of neutral oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange or lemon zest
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 small piece of butter

Preparation

  1. Pour the plain yogurt into a bowl and keep the pot to use for the other ingredients.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well. Pour the flour and baking powder into the preparation and mix again.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat them into an omelette and add them to the preparation.
  4. Pour in the oil and add the orange zest. Mix until you get a smooth paste.
  5. With a paper towel, butter the cake pan. Pour the preparation in.
  6. Bake the yogurt cake in the oven, th. 6 (180°C) for about half an hour.
  7. The cake is done when you stick a knife inside and it comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool for a few minutes. Turn it out onto a nice dish.
