Weight Watchers Chicken Breast Caesar Salad. Discover The Easy Recipe to Make a Caesar Salad with Weight Watchers Chicken Breast. So be creative and get ready!! The calculation of points corresponds to 6 SP green – 4 SP Blue – 3 SP Purple.

Ingredients :

  • 500 g of chicken breast,
  • 1 chopped green salad,
  • 50 g grated parmesan,
  • 4 wholemeal crackers,
  • 1 citron,
  • 2 fresh cherry tomatoes,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 shallot,
  • 1 tsp light butter,
  • Salt and pepper,

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp light cream 5%
  • 1 citron
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Vinegar

Preparation  :

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a dish and pour the juice of half a lemon over them, and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Crumble 2 rusks, salt and pepper and Cook the eggs in boiling water.

Take the chicken breasts out and put them in a hot frying pan with a little butter, cook for a few minutes until they are golden brown on both sides.

In a hollow dish put the green salad, your chicken, the crumbled rusks, the cherry tomatoes, the shallot and the grated eggs then add pieces of the 2 remaining rusks.

For the preparation of the sauce mix the fresh cream, the mustard, the lemon juice, the vinegar and the parmesan then salt and pepper

Add the sauce to the chicken breast, and you are ready to serve.
