INGREDIENTS
2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of salt

120g (5/8 cup) sugar

150 ml (3/5 cup) milk

50 ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil

150g (1 1/4 cups) flour

30g cocoa powder

5g baking powder

10g gelatin

50ml water

200g (4/5 cup) condensed milk

200 ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream

50g chocolate

40 ml lukewarm cream
METHOD

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and salt, then add the milk and oil.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
2. Transfer to the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the prepared cocoa biscuit into two pieces.

Transfer the first piece to the mold.
4. In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with the whipped cream, stir in the gelatin and pour into the mold, cover with the second piece of dark biscuit.
5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
6. Top with chocolate and cream mixture
