Puff pastry bars with cream and jam.

INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
for the cream filling :
100g strawberry jam
100g of pastry cream
.
DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal sized rectangles and 1 large rectangle.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, then bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Let the puff pastry squares cool, then add the cream filling.
  4. Add the jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
