Parker House Rolls: the fluffiest rolls you’ll ever eat

Ingredients:
250 ml warm milk
7 g dry yeast
62 g melted margarine
50 g sugar
7 g salt
1 egg
375 g flour

Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve dry yeast in milk and add a pinch of sugar, let stand.
Mix sugar and margarine separately. Then add milk (with yeast), egg, flour and salt.
Form a loaf and leave to rest for an hour. Then divide it into two portions and form sandwiches with each one.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes, then brush with butter. Leave to rest for a further 15 minutes, then bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
