How to make soft dorayaki with a bottle!

INGREDIENTS

  • 240 g flour
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g honey
  • 180 ml water
  • Hazelnut cream

METHOD
Pour the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder into the bottle. Close the top of the bottle and quickly mix the powders.
Add eggs, honey and water. Close the shaker for 1 minute. The ingredients should be well blended.
Grease a non-stick baking tray and heat on the stove.
Pour a little batter into a hot frying pan. Prepare the dorayaki, turning them over on the other side.
When the Dorayaki are ready, dip them in half a hazelnut cream, then close them like a sandwich with the remaining Dorayaki.
