Yogurt crumble: the tasty, easy dessert to try now

Ingredients:
200 g flour
7 g baking powder
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
150 g butter
Lemon peel
3 yolks
400 g Greek yogurt
30 g cornstarch
3 egg whites
1 pinch salt
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
100 g powdered sugar
100 g redcurrants

Directions:

  1. Crumbles: in a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then add the grated butter, lemon zest and yolks. Mix well to form a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Topping: in a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the cornstarch and set aside. In another bowl, whisk egg whites with lemon juice and salt. Add to yoghurt and mix well.
  3. Spread 3/4 of the pastry into a mould, add the cream and redcurrants (mix with powdered sugar first) and cover with the grated pastry.
  4. Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cut and enjoy this incredible dessert.
