Sacher cake: the easy way to make a classic, tasty dessert

Ingredients:
120g dark chocolate
100g butter
50g milk
3 eggs
40g sugar
40g sugar
75g “00” flour
30g cocoa powder
FILLING:
150g peach jam
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
150g dark chocolate
150 ml cream
10g butter

Directions:

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt with the butter and milk. Then add the yolks.
  2. Beat the egg whites with 40 g sugar until stiff and add to the mixture.
  3. Sift in the flour and cocoa, then add to the rest.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Stuff with the jam and garnish with the remaining flour.
