Dessert without baking, without eggs and gelatin – it leaves no one indifferent!

An incredibly smooth and tasty dessert, prepared without baking and without stabilizing agents, such as eggs and gelatin! Leave no one indifferent! Peanut Butter and Whipped Cream Cheesecake!

INGREDIENTS:

For the top:

-200 g of chocolate biscuits;

-100 g of roasted peanuts;

-80 g of butter.

For the cheese and peanut mixture:

-200 g of cream cheese;

-200 g of peanut butter;

-100 ml of cream for whipped cream min. 30%;

For the whipped cream:

-300 ml of cream for whipped cream min. 30%;

-40 g of powdered sugar.

For decoration: nuts and chocolate.

We prepared the cake in an 18 cm diameter pan.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the top: grind the chocolate biscuits with the help of the blender.

2. Grind the roasted peanuts using the blender.

3. Place the crackers and peanuts in a bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix very well.

4. Spread the obtained composition evenly in the pan lined with baking paper, covering the bottom and partially the walls. Press it well with the spoon to get a compact top.

5. Refrigerate the top for 30 minutes.

6. Prepare the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture: Place the cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

7. Beat the whipping cream (cold, just taken out of the fridge) with the mixer until persistent peaks appear. Incorporate it into the cream cheese with the spatula, mixing in a circular motion, directed from the bottom up.

8. Spread the resulting composition evenly on the cookie sheet. 

9. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 30 minutes.

10. Prepare the whipped cream: put the whipping cream (cold, just out of the fridge) and powdered sugar in a deep bowl. Beat with mixer until stiff peaks form.

11. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cheese mixture.

12. Put the cheesecake in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

13.Remove it from the tray and place it on a plate.

14. Decorate it with chopped nuts and melted chocolate.

15. Portion and serve the cheesecake with great pleasure!
