Recipe for Japanese soufflé pancakes: the fluffiest pancakes ever!

Puff pastry

Ingredients:
2 eggs
20 ml milk
40 grams flour
30 grams white sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
3 grams baking powder

kiwi fruit
strawberry
banana
powdered sugar
maple syrup
ghee

Method:
1- Start by separating the egg yolk from the white. Take the yolk and add the vanilla extract, flour and baking powder in a bowl. mix.

  1. Now we take the egg whites and beat them with the addition of twice the sugar.
  2. add them to the first bowl and mix.
    4- Take a hot frying pan over low heat and start adding the mixture. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
    5- Chop the fruit, add powdered sugar and maple syrup and serve hot!
