Meatballs with Mushrooms

A delicious and hearty mushroom meatball dish made with minced meatballs tossed with fresh, cooked mushrooms. They are often served with rice or pasta for a complete and nutritious meal.

Ingredients 

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small chopped green onion
  • 1 case chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 cases breadcrumbs
  • 2 cases grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • 1/2 crumbled chicken cube
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cases of water

Preparation

  1. Mix well and shape sticks, set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil with 2 tbsp of butter then fry the meatballs for a few minutes.
  3. Brown them then add the mushrooms.
  4. Mix well then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 case cornstarch, 1 case liquid fresh cream, pepper, a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour over the meat, sprinkle with parsley, cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce and serve.
