Lemon tiramisu: A delicacy with only 170 calories!

If you want to prepare a tasty dessert, one that once finished makes you want to do it again as soon as possible, you don’t need to resort to complicated recipes. You can get the result with very few ingredients and in a rather short time.

At the end of the work you will have brought to the table a magnificent tiramisu flavored with lemon cream. It is a really super greedy variant.

Pour the cream on ladyfingers: lemon tiramisu with only 170 calories!

The ingredients

We need:

600 ml of milk plus enough
40 g of corn starch
40 g of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 80 g of normal sugar)
two egg yolks
the grated peel of a lemon
the juice of a lemon
just enough ladyfingers
enough coconut

The preparation

The first thing is to wet the ladyfingers in a small bowl with milk, after which they are placed on their sides in a ceramic dish measuring approximately 32 by 20 centimeters and set aside for a moment.

Now pour the yolks into a saucepan and add the stevia (or granulated sugar) and lemon zest, then mix well with the help of a hand whisk.

Now add the cornstarch, mix, and then add 600 milliliters of milk a little at a time, then light the fire and, stirring constantly, thicken the mixture, then add the juice of a lemon.

At this point the lemon cream is poured over the biscuits, leveling it carefully. The next step is to put everything in the fridge and let it rest for at least three hours.

It can be served on the table with a garnish of coconut flakes.
