Potato Gratin with Parmesan

For a quick and easy side dish, a tasty potato gratin always fits well on the menu, a simple recipe to prepare.

Ingredients 

  • 700g potatoes
  • 60 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon Herb de Provence
  • 5 tablespoons of skimmed milk
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation 

  1. Peel the potatoes then blanch them for 10 minutes in salted water.
  2. Then drain them and cut them into 3 to 4 mm slices.
  3. In a salad bowl put the parmesan and the nutmeg then mix.
  4. In a gratin dish, put a layer of potatoes then sprinkle with parmesan, cover with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle the rest of the parmesan and sprinkle with the Provencal herbs.
  5. Then sprinkle everything with 5 spoons of milk and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C.
