Chicken drumsticks tastier than any skewers! A golden recipe!

Full of flavor, aroma and finesse! It is easy and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS:

– 6-7 chicken legs;

– a large onion;

-150 ml of soy;

– paprika – to taste;

– salt, ground black pepper — to taste;

-½ teaspoon of paprika;

-½ teaspoon of granulated garlic;

-½ teaspoon of spices for chicken;

-½ teaspoon of herbs de Provence;

– a spoonful of oil (+ for frying);

-½ glass of beer.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Wash and dry the scallops with paper towels. Make 3-4 transverse and shallow cuts on each side of each rib.

2. Put the chips in a deep bowl. Add paprika, paprika to taste, granulated garlic, chicken seasoning, herbs de Provence, salt and ground black pepper to taste, soy sauce and oil. Mix very well, spreading the spices over the surface of all the chips.

3. Leave the scallops to marinate for 2 hours.

4.Cut the onion into thin half-moons and fry it in a small amount of oil until it softens and browns a little. Transfer to a bowl or plate.

5. Fry the chicken legs in the same pan, on high heat, under the lid, on both sides, until they are brown.

6. Pour the rest of the marinade over the scallops. Spread the fried onions on their surface and add the beer to the pan.

7. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with the lid again. Cook the scallops for another 15 minutes.

8. Serve the chicken legs with the side dish you like or with a salad of fresh vegetables and greens. We also added a delicious sauce. They are brown, attractive, juicy, aromatic and very tasty!
