• Salt: 4g
• Caster sugar: 20g
• Dry yeast: 7
• Hot milk: 160ml
• Granulated sugar

Preparation

1. In a bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar and whisk. Add the flour, baking powder, milk and mix well with a spatula.
2. Let stand 60 minutes.
3. With a spoon, create the donuts and fry them in deep oil on both sides until golden brown.
4. Decorate with powdered sugar.
