Great pumpkins for healthy eaters. They immediately disappear from the plate!

Pumpkins stuffed with cheese are very juicy, delicate and delicious. The combination of ingredients used is ideal! It is prepared very easily, in the oven. We recommend you try them!

The caloric value of this preparation is 51 kcal/100 g, and the Protein/Lipid/Carbohydrate ratio = 4.2/1.9/3.9.

INGREDIENTS:

-4 pumpkins;

– a bunch of dill;

-400 g of sweet cow’s cheese;

-a or;

-2-3 cloves of garlic;

– salt, ground black pepper — to taste;

-100 g of fermented cream;

-100 g of cheese.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Remove the ends of the courgettes, then cut them in half lengthwise.

2. Using a spoon, scoop out the pulp from each half of the squash to give it a boat shape.

3.Put the sweet cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Add the egg, chopped dill, garlic passed through a garlic press or grated and salt to taste. Mix very well with a fork.

4. Place the pumpkin “boats” on the tray lined with baking paper or aluminum foil. Season them with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

5. Then fill them with the cheese mixture. Press the filling well with a spoon.

6. Spread the fermented cream on the stuffed pumpkins and sprinkle them with the grated cheese.

7. Bake them for 25-30 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C.

8. Serve the pumpkins stuffed with sweet cottage cheese. They are delicious!
