Apple Cinnamon Cake

This apple and cinnamon cake is a moist and fragrant dessert, perfect for fall. The apples are diced and mixed with cinnamon, sugar and flour before being incorporated into a cake batter made with butter, sugar, eggs and flour. The cake is baked until golden brown and served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a comforting and delicious dessert.

Ingredients

• 2 apples (cut)
• 50 g of butter
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 50 grams of icing sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 100ml milk
• Cinnamon

Preparation

1. Melt the butter and stir in the chopped apples, set aside.
2. Sift the flour with the sugar and salt.
3. Add eggs, milk and mix well.
4. Add the apples and pour the batter onto a baking sheet.
5. Garnish with cinnamon and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
