High and Light Sponge Cake It’s Really Unmissable

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 baking powder of 7 g

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Leave the dripping pan on top to prevent the sponge cake from browning too much.
  3. Butter and line the mold, bottom and sides with parchment paper.
  4. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder in 3 times with a spatula from bottom to top so as not to cause the appliance to fall.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake on the middle rack.
  7. Leave to cook for 45 mins.
  8. It depends on the ovens if your oven cooks quickly watch from 30 min but without opening the oven.
