Fried Shrimps

Taste this light pan-fried, good for your health, and very pretty on the plate. A simple quick but above all delicious sautéed shrimp recipe, a timeless classic, a minimum of ingredients for a maximum of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 600g cooked prawns
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. with turmeric
  • 10 cl of liquid cream
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and mince the onion and garlic. Wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the chilli into rings. Chop the cilantro.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the garlic and chilli. Let cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Pour in the cream and mix.
  4. Add the prawns and half of the coriander then heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice and garnish with the remaining chopped coriander.
