Almond Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150g flour
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g ground almonds
- 125g softened butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla flavor
- Flaked almonds
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the softened butter and mix.
- Add the flour and mix. Add the vanilla flavoring, the baking powder and the almond powder and mix everything together.
- Pour your preparation into a buttered mold and sprinkle the slivered almonds over the entire surface.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (more if necessary). Let cool completely before slicing.
