1 Point Light Pancakes

Light pancakes are a delicious alternative to traditional pancakes. They are easy to make and can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 1/2 L semi-skimmed milk

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, put the flour and cornstarch.
  2. Add the eggs then pour in the milk little by little while mixing.
  3. Leave the dough to rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Cook the pancakes in the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
