Easy Stuffed Cabbage with Baked Ground Meat

Ingredients and Preparation

  • For the stuffing: Ground meat 300 to 400g, 1 glass of boiled rice, A minced onion, Parsley, 1 egg, Salt, pepper, garlic, coriander, paprika according to taste.
  • To mix everything. In a couscoussier, steam the cabbage, carefully remove the leaves one by one.
  • Cut the broad leaves in two parts by removing the central rib.
  • Drain them then fold them over the stuffing.
  • In an ovenproof dish, put a little butter then arrange the stuffed cabbage leaves.
  • For the sauce: On a frying pan Fry a chopped onion in a little oil, salt and pepper, add the mashed garlic, paprika, coriander and a tablespoon of canned tomato, add 2 and a half glasses of water and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
    Filter the sauce and pour over the cabbage.
  • Bake at 180°C for 45min.
