Cordon bleu of aubergines: the recipe for a savory dish to test

Ingredients:
1 large eggplant (or 2 small)
100g of cheese
100g ham
80g breadcrumbs
70g flour
2 eggs
40-50g grated hard cheese

Directions:

  1. To start, cut the eggplant into thick slices.
  2. Fill them with ham and cheese.
  3. Coat the aubergines with flour, then the beaten eggs. breadcrumbs.
  4. Place in a dish with parchment paper on the bottom.
  5. Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
