Ingredients

  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Weight Watchers shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables of your choice (onions, mushrooms, broccoli, etc.)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, grated cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the vegetables of your choice to the preparation.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment lined quiche dish.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the quiche is golden brown and the center is firm.
