Carrot Cake

Carrot cake with simple ingredients, contains carrots which are very good for your health and a small amount of nuts which can be dispensed, can be baked into a cake or a round cake as you like.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 glass of sugar (200g)
• 2 glasses of grated carrots (200g)
• 3/4 glass of oil (150ml)
• 50 g crushed walnuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 cup of flour (250g)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 glass of egg whipped cream
• 1 glass of very cold milk
• 80g soft butter
• 50g icing sugar
• Cream: 
• 1 glass of egg whipped cream
• 1 glass of very cold milk
• 80g soft butter
