Very Easy and Quick Apple Cake Recipe

A gourmet and delicious apple cake for the whole family! for a perfect snack, a pleasure to share all year round.

Ingredients

• 3 apples
• 4 eggs
• 200g flour
• 200g sugar
• 30g butter
• 8g baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• Jam (apricot, mandarin, peach, etc.)

Preparation

1. Mix flour and baking powder. Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk them with the sugar. Add a little salt and, when the mixture is frothy, incorporate the sifted flour, add the melted butter and beat again.
2. When the dough is homogeneous, add half of the apples cut into small cubes and mix well.
3. If you like the cake very soft, you can add another apple to the sponge cake.
4. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold. The mold used has a diameter of 22 cm. If you use a larger pan, the baking time may vary.
5. Cut the rest of the apples into strips and place them on top of the cake to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
