Soup ingredients: 1 large cabbage, 4 medium tomatoes, 4 white onions, 6 celery stalks, 2 sweet peppers, one carrot and spices to taste. If possible, use only organic ingredients.

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, and bring them to the boil until completely cooked. Subsequently, the soup can also be blended. Season just with a little lemon or black pepper.
