Magic Cream Cake: The result is stunning!

Ingredients

  • Egg yolks: 3
  • Sugar: 20g
  • Milk: 200ml
  • Cornstarch: 20g
  • Butter: 20g
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the cream, whisk the egg yolks, milk, vanilla, sugar and cornstarch over medium-low heat until thickened.
  2. Add the butter and whisk to combine. Let cool slightly.
    Beat the cream cheese with the flour and lemon juice using a hand mixer. Add cream to cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Incorporate the whipped egg whites into the creamy tart base and pour into the 18 cm cake mold.
  5. Cook in a bain-marie at 150°C/302°F for 60 minutes.
