Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (30 g)
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (30 g)
  • Pepper if desired
  • 10 feta cubes
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 sliced ​​red onion

Preparation:

First you have to wash all the ingredients: the tomatoes , the cucumber, the onion, the parsley… Then peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, then chop the onion and chop the parsley.

Depending on your preference, the cherry tomatoes can be halved to make them taste better with the marinade.

The avocado must be peeled and the pit removed before cutting the flesh into pieces.

Next, mix the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and parsley well in a bowl. Then the marinade made from vinegar and oil is added. Add the avocado and feta cheese last so they don’t break. Season with a little pepper and this delicious salad is ready to serve.
