Summer salad to lose weight

Ingredients

1 pepper, yellow
1 cucumber
1 glass of feta cheese with olives
1 pepper, red
1 pepper, green
220 g date(s) or cocktail tomatoes
2 large spring onions, with green
dill
salt and pepper
a little vinegar ,
possibly olive oil

preparation

1. First wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Then peel the cucumber, halve it, quarter it and cut it into small pieces.

2. Next, wash and halve the tomatoes, cut the spring onions into thin rings, put everything in a large bowl.

Also very tasty:  strawberry cake with vanilla pudding, I can’t stop snacking!

3. Add the feta with oil and olives, season with salt and pepper, add a good dash of vinegar and add as much dill as you like. Mix it up, let it steep a little, and you’re done.

Super tasty for grilling or just with Rusticana baguette or white bread.
