3 Delicious Salads That Deflate Your Stomach

Although many people try to keep it flat through daily exercise, it is important to complement this habit with a balanced diet.

Although we cannot deny that it is one of the best ways to maintain your figure, we must recognize that the nutrients obtained from food also play a primordial function. Try these delicious, belly-deflating salads.

1 – DETOX CRUNCH SALAD

Ingredients 

  • 100 g of cauliflower
  • Some broccoli
  • 100g red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • Parsley
  • Half a stalk of celery
  • A handful of almonds
  • A little sunflower seeds

Preparation

Grate the cauliflower, carrot and broccoli, finely chop the red cabbage and parsley. Cut up the celery. Put everything in a salad bowl. Garnish with almonds and sunflower seeds. For the vinaigrette, mix olive oil with lemon juice, parsley and add a little honey and ginger. For added flavor, let the vinaigrette macerate in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.

2 – CUCUMBER, TOMATO AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients 

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 half avocado
  • 1 half red onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation 

  1. Cut the vegetables, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado into cubes, the onion into thin strips. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. Put everything in a salad bowl. For the sauce, mix two tablespoons of olive oil with the juice of a lemon, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Serve the salad fresh, enjoy your meal!

3 – ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 half red onion
  • 1 half red pepper
  • Rice vinegar
  • Of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt

Preparation 

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, the onion into thin slices, the pepper into small cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl.
  2. For the sauce, mix sesame oil with honey and rice vinegar. Add the sesame seeds, chili flakes and don’t forget to add salt to taste.
  3. You can serve this salad fresh or leave it in the refrigerator for up to a day, the cucumber will have had time to marinate in the vinaigrette, which will imbue it with endless flavors.
