Spoon coffee cream: the easy and delicious dessert!

The coffee cream is a truly delicious dessert and if you fear that it is not suitable for the little ones of the house, you just need to implement a small trick. Just choose the caffeine-free version and even children can dip their spoon into its soft delicacy.

Its irresistible taste is given by the perfect combination of cream, coffee and vanilla in a crescendo of fresh pleasure for the palate.

Try it at the end of a meal to make a dinner with friends unforgettable, as a snack to recharge your batteries and give yourself a break of exquisite goodness.

The recipe is very simple, but prepare it in advance, because it needs to stay in the refrigerator for a few hours in order to firm up perfectly.

What are you waiting for then? Get to work, let’s get started!

Spoon coffee cream: ingredients and preparation

For this recipe, get:

  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons of full cream
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 255 ml of full cream
  • 35 g of icing sugar

In a saucepan, put two tablespoons of instant coffee, then add 3 tablespoons of cream and mix carefully to dissolve each grain. Put on the fire and cook over low heat until a dark brown, well homogeneous mixture is obtained. Turn off the gas and add the vanilla. Incorporate it well with a spoon, then transfer everything into a bowl and place in the freezer to cool for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, pour the cream (255 ml) into a bowl, add the icing sugar and whip it until stiff with a whisk. Try to incorporate as much air as possible to make it fluffy. The secret trick to speed everything up is to keep the pack of cream in the coldest section of the refrigerator. A quarter of an hour before starting to work it, then place the bowl and the electric beaters (if removable) in the freezer. You will see what you will do in a heartbeat.

Now all you have to do is add the coffee syrup to the container and mix for a few more minutes with the whisk.

At this point, your cream is ready, but it will have to stay in the freezer for a whole night in order to firm up perfectly.
