In fact, its irresistibility is such that there is no danger that it can advance. Big and small will compete to eat it making it disappear at the speed of light. And, if you decide to offer it as a dessert after dinner, be sure that success will be assured.

Instead, preparing it is even easier and faster than you can imagine and, above all, the basic level of difficulty will make the immense joy of those who never manage to obtain acceptable results.

The recipe for apple pie with cream on the surface: a unique goodness!

Ingredients

  • 280 g of flour
  • 130 ml of warm milk
  • 100 ml of seed oil
  • 60 g of stevia sweetener + 1 tablespoon (or alternatively 120 g of normal sugar)
  • 16 g of baking powder
  • 8 g of vanilla sugar
  • 3 bodies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Just enough powdered sugar (optional)

What do you need for the cream

  • 250ml of milk
  • 40 gr of corn starch
  • 10 g of butter
  • 30 g of stevia sweetener (or 60 g of normal sugar)
  • 8 g of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt

What is needed to brush

  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 yolk

Preparation

How to make cream

  1. First break the egg into a bowl, add the pinch of salt, the vanilla sugar, the stevia sweetener (or sugar), the corn starch and the milk.
  2. Now whip everything up with an electric whisk, pour into a saucepan, add the lemon juice, light the heat and, stirring constantly with a hand whisk, thicken .
  3. Turn off the stove, integrate the butter, mix to make it melt, transfer the cream into a bowl, cover it with the transparent film in contact and let it cool.

How to make the dough

  1. Take 2 apples, remove the core, cut them into cubes without peeling them, place them in a 24 cm round mold with a hinge previously lined with special paper and sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of sweetener (or sugar).
  2. Now break the eggs into a bowl, add the pinch of salt, the vanilla sugar and 60 g of stevia sweetener (or 120 g of sugar), then beat with an electric mixer.
  3. Once you have obtained a clear and creamy mixture , without ceasing to work, incorporate the oil and milk, mix the flour together with the baking powder, sift them and incorporate them into the dough in two steps while mixing with a hand whisk.

How to assemble the cake

  1. Once this is done, pour the mixture over the apples, level, then using a piping bag, garnish the surface with the cream, distributing it in a spiral, then close with an unpeeled apple cut into slices.
  2. Finally, brush the fruit with a yolk beaten with 2 tablespoons of milk, then cook in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180°C .
  3. At the end, wait for the cake to cool down, remove it from the mould, sprinkle it lightly with icing sugar, cut it into slices and enjoy.
