Ingredients

  • ½ cabbage
  • 50 g of grated cheese (such as Galbanino light)
  • 3 tablespoons of cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • Just enough garlic powder
  • Just enough pepper
  • Just enough salt

Preparation

  1. First, chop the cabbage with a knife, place it in a bowl, add the salt and mix well with your hands.
  2. Now add the eggs, pepper and garlic powder, then mix with a fork, add the cornmeal and start working again, so as to obtain a compact but at the same time soft mixture .
