The recipe for oatmeal and banana cookies: without flour, sugar, butter, eggs and milk!

Ingredients

  • 80 g of rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • Just enough of raisins
  • Just enough prunes
  • Just enough nuts

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas, break them into a bowl, mash them with a fork, add the oat flakes, mix well and let the mixture rest for 3-5 minutes .
  2. Now incorporate the raisins, prunes and walnuts, mix again, then shape your biscuits and place them in a dripping pan lined with special paper brushed with a little oil.
  3. Finally put them to cook in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180°C , once ready let them cool and enjoy them.

If they are left over, place them in an airtight jar and consume them in 3-4 days.
