Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ½ lime
  • A cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey (optional)

Preparation 

  1. First, squeeze half the lemon and reserve its juice. Then, heat the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. When the water boils, remove the pan and add the lemon juice and grated ginger to the mixture. Leave to cool for 15 minutes then add half a teaspoon of honey for taste.
  3. To get rid of your fatty deposits as quickly as possible, drink this infusion 3 times a day, i.e. 30 minutes before each main meal.

Ginger
