Detox: 5 Easy Drinks to Prepare to Eliminate Toxins

Summer and the sun have arrived! The ideal time to consume your favorite detox drinks. These trendy and healthy drinks are perfect for losing weight, purifying your body and fighting against many diseases.

1 – ORANGE AND BLUEBERRY WATER: TO FIGHT TOXINS

This delicious flavored water will be your slimming asset and will strengthen your immune system. Blueberry is also known to prevent heart disease.

Ingredients

  • 60 g of blueberries
  • 2 oranges
  • Water and ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add the blueberries to the bottom of the container.
  2. Cut the oranges into slices, and add them to the carafe.
  3. Fill the carafe with ice cubes and cool water. Enjoy very fresh after letting it infuse!

2 – ARTICHOKE SMOOTHIE TO BOOST BILE PRODUCTION, IMPROVE TRANSIT AND DIURETIC

Preparation

  1. After browning an onion and a clove of garlic in a little olive oil in a saucepan, add six artichoke bases.
  2. Cover everything with water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Pour your preparation into a blender, add 1 cm of fresh ginger and mix everything very finely.
  4. Let your preparation cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or overnight to drink it the next morning.

3 – IN THE MORNING, LEMON JUICE

How ? Take lemon juice every morning when you get up, with a little lukewarm or room temperature water (but definitely not cold to protect your intestines). And wait about 10 minutes after drinking this tangy but alkalizing juice before having breakfast. This lemon detox juice is perfect to start the day!

4 – CUCUMBER GRAPEFRUIT DETOX JUICE

This detox water will rid your body of toxins, but will also help eliminate excess fat from your body. Cucumbers, diuretics, can help you fight against water retention. Lemons and limes help flush out toxins from the digestive tract and grapefruit helps you burn fat.

The recipe: add 1 ½ liters of spring water, ½ medium grapefruit (in slices), ½ cucumber (in slices), ½ lemon cut into slices and a few mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Drink at least 1 ½ liters per day for optimal results. Do not keep more than 24 hours in the refrigerator.

5 – WATERMELON JUICE

Refreshing watermelon juice is prepared quickly and easily and will help rid your body of toxins, while being refreshed during the long, hot summer days. You only need a few pieces of watermelon, two cucumbers, cool water and a few mint leaves.
