The broccoli pasta recipe: I prepare the dough without eggs, but I only use 2 ingredients!

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Standing time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes
Total time: about 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 340 g of flour
  • 250 g of broccoli

Preparation

  1. First, separate the broccoli florets from the stem, place them in a large saucepan, cover them with water and boil them to make them very tender.
  2. Now put the flour in the mixer glass, add the broccoli florets (after having drained them) and close with the lid.
  3. Now blend until you have obtained a soft and sticky consistency , then transfer your mixture onto a lightly floured work surface.
  4. Once this is done , knead with your hands for 2-3 minutes while you gradually flour the mixture, make a ball and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes .
  5. After this period of time, divide the dough into three equal parts, roll out the balls with a rolling pin on the floured table, dust the surface with flour and cut your dough to obtain tagliatelle.
  6. Once you have finished, the tagliatelle should be cooked for about 2-3 minutes in a pot of boiling water and seasoned to your liking.
