  • Flour
  • Paper towels

Instructions

  1. Start by drying the inside and outside of the chicken with paper towels. In fact, this step allows you to remove the moisture naturally accumulated by the meat and accentuated in the fridge.
  2. Then brush the chicken with butter using a brush or your hands. You can wear plastic gloves so you don’t touch the chicken with your bare hands if that disgusts you. Here, you can replace the butter with lemon juice, which is more dietary.
  3. Finish by dusting everything with flour.
  4. Finally, put your chicken in the oven.
