All you have to do is stick a few pieces of cloves into an onion and you’ll be done with everything in summer: cheap, functional, easy

There are many methods to deal with this problem. However, it is not necessary to use expensive and disgusting chemicals or preparations. It goes with minimal cost and effort and without chemicals.

Are you bothered by uninvited insect visitors to your home, who sit on the window, table, food or surprise by flying here and there, or even dare to attack you? We’re talking about annoying flies that are simply everywhere when it’s hot  . They lay their eggs on animal feces and waste in the garbage, and can transmit viruses and bacteria and spread diseases. We know how to get rid of them.

They will sit on feces and for food

Not to mention they get on your nerves and no one wants to have them in their house. There are many ways to get rid of them. For example, through  probably the most common weapon, which is the mace  . A flycatcher follows right behind her. But it is unpleasant if it is already full of trapped flies and you can even get attached inadvertently.

You can help them with pesticides and repellents, which are effective, but they really infest the apartment. If you don’t prefer chemistry, you can try natural methods. It is said that flies do not like certain types of plants  and herbs. They are repelled, for example, by basil, lavender or calendula. If you plant them, maybe your  family  will avoid flies.

Fragrant herbs and cloves work

There is also an effective method from a similar category that you probably haven’t heard of. Our grandmothers already used it and it costs almost nothing. All you need is an onion and a few cloves. Peel the onion and leave it whole  . Throw in some scented cloves which, among other things, also have antiseptic effects and also help when you have a toothache, for example.

Then just place the onion and cloves in a strategic place, for example near a window where flies usually enter the house. The blend of scents repels them. You can also rely on a paste that you can easily  make with a little apple cider vinegar and dish soap  . Mix both ingredients in a glass and cover it with a lid or foil. Make some holes. Flies  will be attracted to the cocktail, but will not be able to get out of the glass and will drown.
