Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  1. Put the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, corn flour, butter, cornstarch and grated coconut in the blender. Beat for one minute until you obtain a consistent mixture.
  2. Don’t be alarmed if it looks liquid. Finally add the baking powder and stir lightly with a spoon to mix everything.
  3. Grease and flour a rectangular mold (30 cm x 20 cm) and pour the mixture into it. Bake it at 200°C for 40 minutes.
  4. When it’s done, take it out of the oven and pour the syrup over it while it’s hot.
