The recipe for creamy potato flan, just prepare it like this!

Ingredients

  • 600 g of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • A few tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • Just enough paprika
  • Just enough salt and pepper

For the bechamel:

  • 350ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation

  1. First, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, place them in a bowl, add the salt, pepper, paprika and egg and mix well.
  2. Now stack the potatoes in a previously oiled dripping pan, then set them aside for a moment and put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt.
  3. Now let’s prepare the béchamel: add the flour to the butter, mix with a hand whisk to thicken it, add the milk, salt and pepper and, stirring constantly, let it thicken .
  4. Finally, pour the béchamel over the potatoes, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of grated Parmesan, cover the flan with a sheet of parchment paper and cook in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200°C .
  5. Once the flan is ready and will have a golden crust on the surface, remove from the oven and serve.
