Tasty Chicken Soup with Only 270 Kcal!

Chicken and vegetables is a unique, tasty, genuine and warming dish.

Light but nutritious, this recipe contains everything we need for our daily well-being: proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fibres, mineral salts and lots of water to rehydrate the body.

It provides only 270 calories per serving and allows you to keep fit, without giving up the pleasures of the throat. In 20 minutes you will set up the preparation which will cook in about half an hour and in less than an hour, you will bring to the table a real chic. The doses that we recommend, satisfy the palate of 5 people.

Chicken and vegetable soup: ingredients and preparation

For this recipe, get:

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 onions
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian aromatic herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Wash and peel the vegetables, then cut a carrot into large pieces and place it in a tall, capacious saucepan, add the chicken, the whole onion and the celery stalks, pour in the water and put on the heat. Bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, slice the other onion finely and grate the carrot into julienne strips. Drizzle some oil in a non-stick pan and fry the two vegetables for a few minutes, then squeeze out the garlic, put the lid on and leave to go for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Take care of the potatoes and slice them.

Remove the chicken and vegetables with food tongs, then add the sautéed carrots and onions and the potatoes to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes.

Separately in a bowl, break the eggs, add the salt and beat them with the prongs and a fork. Slowly incorporate the flour and work everything with the hand whisk to prevent the formation of lumps.

Take the chicken back and fillet it, then put it back in the pot. Put the lid on and bring to a boil. Now add the eggs, little by little, always mixing to blend them perfectly. Cook for another 5 minutes.

At the end, sprinkle with the dill, the aromatic herbs, season with salt and pepper, then put the lid back on and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Serve your chicken and vegetable soup still hot! It’s a marvel!
